1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

Online gaming services provided by jlievo are intended exclusively for players physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and gameplay. You represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines when accessing jlievo services.

Attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the jlievo platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. jlievo reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets and bonuses, and confiscate any winnings obtained through multiple account abuse.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and security credentials. You must not share account login information with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized or unauthorized.

jlievo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify jlievo customer support and change your password. jlievo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

4.3 Account Verification

jlievo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, Philippine Postal ID, or similar)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Copies of payment method documentation (credit/debit card images showing first 6 and last 4 digits, bank statements, e-wallet screenshots)
• Selfie photograph holding government ID for biometric verification

Verification is typically required before processing withdrawal requests. Accounts that fail to complete verification within thirty (30) days of request may be suspended. jlievo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions, unusual activity patterns, or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified with approved government identification and proof of address documentation. 6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Before withdrawing funds, you must meet minimum wagering requirements equal to at least one (1) times the total deposit amount on your account. This requirement prevents money laundering and ensures compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering protocols. Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements as outlined in promotional terms before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

jlievo does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawal requests per calendar month. Additional withdrawals beyond three per month may incur administrative processing fees. Fees, if applicable, are clearly disclosed before confirming withdrawal requests. Your payment provider or bank may charge separate fees for receiving funds.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlievo platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered to other individuals
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Colluding with other players, sharing account information, or engaging in coordinated betting schemes
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party applications to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering activities
• Charging back deposits through credit card dispute mechanisms in bad faith

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack jlievo software or systems
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes

Violation of prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR regulatory compliance officers.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlievo customer support. Upon closure request, any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting applicable fees and completing verification procedures. Active bonuses and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

Players concerned about problem gambling may initiate self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 10.3 jlievo-Initiated Suspension or Termination

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlievo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from your use of our services.

jlievo's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

jlievo is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banks
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security
• Gaming losses resulting from normal variance, random outcomes, or house edge inherent in casino games
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the jlievo platform

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and survive termination of these Terms or closure of your account.

13.3 Arbitration Agreement

(PDRCI) or similar arbitration body recognized under Philippine law. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on all parties.

By accepting these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits and agree to resolve disputes individually through arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not prevent you from reporting suspected criminal activity to Philippine law enforcement authorities or filing complaints with PAGCOR regarding regulatory violations.

13.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, except where arbitration is mandated under Section 13.3.

14. Amendments to Terms

jlievo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Significant changes to Terms will be communicated through email notification, website banner announcements, or account notifications.

Continued use of jlievo services after Terms modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using jlievo services and close your account.
